У статті розглянуто концептуальний підхід до розроблення вебзастосунку з інтеграцією емпатичного ШІ-ментора для персоналізованої підтримки ментального здоров’я. На відміну від аналогів, застосунок базовано на науково обґрунтованих моделях, зокрема моделі поведінки Фогга (Fogg Behavior Model) та теорії самовизначення (Self-Determination Theory). Проаналізовано ринок наявних рішень, описано теоретичну основу, представлено архітектуру та функціонал вебзастосунку, а також визначено етичні виклики, пов'язані із застосуванням штучного інтелекту у сфері ментального здоров'я.
