Abstract

The article is dedicated to examining the impact of digitalization on employment levels in European Union countries, with a focus on cluster analysis that allows for the identification of groups of countries with similar characteristics. Using multifactor regression analysis, it was found that digital technologies such as e-commerce, broadband internet access, and financial services significantly influence employment. The results show that countries with active implementation of electronic services can provide a positive impact on the labor market, while less developed countries face challenges due to insufficient digital infrastructure. Adapting policies aimed
at increasing the level of digitalization is an important step for the development of employment in each cluster.
