Fee Waiver

Waiver Policy for PhD Students

The journal provides a full waiver of any article processing charges (APCs), including fees for submission, peer review, and/or publication, for manuscripts submitted by doctoral (third-level higher education) students enrolled in state-funded (budget) programs, provided that:

• the manuscript is prepared and submitted solely by the student;
• the work is single-authored (without co-authors).

This policy aims to support early-stage researchers and promote equal access to academic publishing opportunities.
