Formatting requirements and submission procedure

Author Guidelines

General Submission Policy

Upon submission of a manuscript to the Journal, authors must confirm that the submission complies with all requirements outlined below. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the authors for revision.

Submission Requirements

All submissions must meet the following criteria:

  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration by any other journal (if otherwise, a clear explanation must be provided in the comments to the editor).

  • The submission file is prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

  • All web references included in the manuscript are accompanied by complete and valid URLs.

  • The manuscript formatting complies with the Journal’s Article Formatting Guidelines.

  • All figures, tables, and illustrations are embedded directly within the text at appropriate points, rather than placed at the end of the document.

  • The text adheres to the required standards of academic writing style and bibliographic referencing.

Important Notice

Authors bear full responsibility for:

  • the accuracy and reliability of the presented data,

  • the correctness of citations and statistical information,

  • the proper use of names, terminology, and references,

  • ensuring that the manuscript does not contain information restricted from open publication.

Manuscripts that violate these requirements will not be accepted for publication. Any detected plagiarism will result in immediate rejection of the submission.

Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively via the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform through the Journal’s official website.

  • Submissions sent via email to the editorial office or the Editor-in-Chief will not be considered.

  • During submission, authors are required to provide complete metadata and author information within the system.

Double-Blind Peer Review Requirement

Authors must submit two versions of the manuscript:

1. Full version (with author information) — file name format: “Authors. Title of the Article”

2. Anonymous version (for peer review) — file name format: “For Review. Title of the Article”

The anonymized version must not contain any information that could identify the authors. This is required to ensure a double-blind peer review process.

Compliance Confirmation

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

  • The submission complies with the Author Guidelines.

  • The manuscript has not been published previously and is not under review elsewhere.

  • All references have been carefully checked for accuracy and completeness.

  • All tables and figures are properly numbered and labeled.

  • Necessary permissions have been obtained for the use of figures, datasets, photographs, and other materials included in the manuscript.
