Publication Ethics
The Journal’s ethical policy is based on the principles of integrity, transparency, objectivity, and academic honesty. The Editorial Board adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the standards of the European Association of Science Editors (EASE), and internationally recognized best practices in scholarly publishing.
This policy applies to all stages of the publication process and is binding for authors, reviewers, editors, and publishers.
Author Responsibilities
Authors are required to:
ü submit original work that is not under consideration elsewhere;
ü ensure the absence of plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification;
ü properly acknowledge all sources and provide accurate citations;
ü disclose any conflicts of interest;
ü indicate sources of funding;
ü actively participate in the peer review process;
ü provide corrections or clarifications if errors are identified;
ü where applicable, provide research data (data availability statement).
Authorship
Authorship is determined in accordance with internationally recognized criteria (ICMJE), including:
ü substantial contribution to the research;
ü participation in drafting or revising the manuscript;
ü approval of the final version;
ü accountability for the content of the work.
Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers are required to:
ü provide objective and well-reasoned evaluations;
ü maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts;
ü disclose any conflicts of interest;
ü refrain from using manuscript content prior to publication;
ü inform the Editorial Board of any suspected plagiarism or duplication.
Editorial Responsibilities
Editors:
ü make decisions solely on the basis of scientific quality and relevance;
ü ensure an unbiased and fair peer review process;
ü prevent conflicts of interest;
ü uphold editorial independence;
ü ensure transparency in editorial procedures.
Open Access Policy
The Journal operates under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), providing unrestricted access to published research.
Open Data Policy
The Journal encourages authors to:
ü deposit research data in open repositories (e.g., Zenodo, Figshare);
ü provide DOIs for datasets;
ü ensure the reproducibility of research findings.
Conflict of Interest
ü All participants in the publication process (authors, reviewers, editors) must:
ü disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest;
ü refrain from participating in the process where such conflicts exist.
Confidentiality
All submitted materials are treated as confidential.
Disclosure to third parties is strictly prohibited.
The Journal ensures anonymity within the peer review process.
Policy on Misconduct
In cases of suspected misconduct, the Journal applies:
ü investigations in accordance with COPE guidelines;
ü corrections (Corrections);
ü retractions (Retraction);
ü Expressions of Concern.
Corrections and Retraction Policy
The Journal:
ü publishes errata and corrigenda;
ü ensures linkage to DOI records;
ü maintains transparency of all post-publication changes.
ü Neutrality and Non-Discrimination
The Editorial Board:
ü does not discriminate based on nationality, language, political views, or other characteristics;
ü evaluates manuscripts solely on scientific merit;
ü adheres to principles of equality and inclusivity.
Gender Policy
The Journal promotes:
ü the use of gender-neutral language;
ü a non-discriminatory approach;
ü equal opportunities for all participants in the publication process.
