Abstract

In the course of implementing this project, the application "Human Resource Management in a Scientific Organization" was developed, which successfully meets all the requirements that were set. Thanks to the properly configured user authorization and registration system, a high level of security and access control to functionality is ensured, allowing only registered users to perform corresponding actions that correspond to the appropriate level of access. The automated process of managing data stored in reference books significantly simplifies working with large volumes of information, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the data.
