Abstract

This paper examines the problem statement and mathematical model of automated candidate selection using a documentary approach, which is used to assess their competence. The stages of candidate selection and the tools for determining the similarity measures between job requirement profiles and documentary candidate profiles are presented. The purpose of the work, the problem statement and the mathematical model of automated candidate selection are described. The educational trajectory is also considered as an indirect justification for using a documentary approach in personnel selection and in tasks of assessing the competence of experts.
