Abstract

In the context of combat operations for Ukraine's independence, traditional ground-based multi-position location systems are becoming nearly unusable. This is due to the fact that the enemy uses directional antennas and limits the time of radio signal emissions from ground-based sources. As a result, the likelihood of simultaneous electromagnetic availability of these sources to the
receiving points of multi-position location systems is significantly reduced. The authors proposed a technical solution for a panoramic radiation detector of the radio frequency spectrum of 0.1-6000 MHz intended for measuring the parameters of the radiation of radio electronic devices (REZ), instrumental evaluation of the signals of the REZ radiation of UAVs and ground
radio communication devices, determining the spatial characteristics of the frequency-territorial distribution (FRD) of radio coverage RES. This solution has the possibility of scaling at the level of operational control of the PEP, to the existing tactical equipment, it can be quickly deployed in places inaccessible or difficult to reach for vehicles - in mountains and off-road conditions.
