Abstract

This paper presents the development of a web-based electronic library system designed to provide users with efficient access to digital content. The platform features a responsive multi-page interface, implemented using Flask (Python), PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A key component of the system is an integrated AI chatbot powered by the GPT API, which supports natural language interaction, content search, and personalized recommendations. The system ensures data security through encryption, authorization, and backup mechanisms. Designed for scalability and usability, the system serves educational institutions, research centers, and libraries seeking a modern digital knowledge platform.
